Plate Final Win, for Footballers of 5th and 6th Class!

on Saturday 9 November, the girls' GAA football team (including girls from Firoda N.S.), took to the pitch at James Stephens grounds on the Kells Rd.

They took on Mullinavat N.S in the plate final.

This team was undefeated, until the last game, so they richly deserved their place in the final.

They beat Mullinavat on the day, and as you can see from the photos, were delighted to accept the Plate and their victory!

Well done to the coaches Ms Tyrrell and Mrs C. Kenny. Thanks to all parents for supporting the team.
